Ballyhaise advanced to the ulster ladies football intermediate semi-final with victory over Fermanagh’s Aghadrumsee.
The Cavan side scoring a nine point victory in Fermanagh, winning out 2-17 to 2-8.
Ballyhaise led 2-10 to 1-4 at half-time. Just two minutes were on the clock when Ellie Brady found the net with Ballyhaise opening score.
Lucy Jane Grant grabbed Ballyhaise second goal 19 minutes. While, scores from Grant 0-4, Elaine Brady 0-3, Clodagh Clarke and Ruby Gilmartin helping Ballyhaise to a nine point half-time lead.
Aghadrumsee converted a penalty in the opening minute of the first-half, but it made little difference.
Points from Grant 0-3, Elaine Brady, Gilmartin, Ellie Brady and Clodagh Clarke (0-1 each), sealed the victory for Ballyhaise.
