Tarmac Rally championship is Killarney bound

This weekend will see the Killarney Rally of the Lakes taking place with 14 stages over Saturday and Sunday. The event is round 4 of the Irish Tarmac championship with defending champion Callum Devin in the Volkswagon Polo R5 the number 1 seed on the road. Current championship leader Keith Cronin is at number 2 in the Ford Fiesta with over seas visitor Matt Edwards at 3 also in a Fiesta. The rally is synonymous with the Bank Holiday weekend in May and Killian Duffy from "On the Pacenote" remarked to Sean Mc Caffrey that it is certainly one of the most popular events in the motorsport calendar
