Students in the school are organising a petition to be sent to the Health Minister to protest cuts to the budget for mental health. The students are demanding Simon Harris revoke cuts and restore funding to tackle mental health problems around the country. The Transition Year group have started the project to try and combat the stigma associated with mental health problems in Ireland. Student Eoghan Courtney spoke about their project.
