Additionally, Social Farming provides a real opportunity to support recovery on ordinary farm settings for many people experiencing mental health challenges.
Every year on the 10th of October, people celebrate World Mental Health Day. Indeed, through the social farming experience, connecting with farmers and the community hinterland, many can improve their health and well-being.
