Science Week celebrated locally all this week. Cavan and Monaghan County Council's joining forces during Science Week, celebrated from 10th to 17th November 2024. Indeed, they are hosting a range of events locally.
Adults in Cavan and Monaghan are invited to enter a Photography competition to capture the theme of Science Week 2024. The photography competition will explore the theme of regeneration.
Winners announced during the Science Festival. Moreover, the art will also feature in local media, as well as other social media platforms.
The festival will culminate in the highly anticipated Big Family STEM Day at Monaghan Institute and in Kingscourt this Saturday. This grand finale will feature a plethora of interactive exhibits; and activities. Ranging from Dinosaurs to Robots and lots in between.
