Locals TD calls for 'relief scheme' for storm destruction. Members of Monaghan Sinn Fein are calling on the Government to provide a "relief scheme" and "financial supports"; for small businesses. As well as for those who have suffered damage to residential and commercial property. These calls come as a result of the "unprecedented destruction" caused by Storm Eowyn. Monaghan Sinn Fein are also calling on Government to issue additional funding to local authorities to assist with the clean up and repair of infrastructure and roads throughout the county.
