Monaghan Macra will host events across the month of October in support of Mental Health Awareness. Tomorrow evening, organisers will host a "mental health walk" at Rossmore Forest Park, followed by a "Park Run" scheduled for Castleblayney on the 12th.
Jodie Curran spoke with Aoife McCooey who is the PRO for Monaghan Macra. She began by asking Aoife to explain more about this new health initiative and how it all came about:
