Mental Health organisation 'GROW' are to set up a new support group in Killeshandra in Cavan.
GROW is Ireland's largest community-based mental health organisation and is aimed at promoting positive mental health and recovery.
It focuses on tips to improving mental health, stress management and support for recovery. Kathryn Corrigan is the Co-ordinator for GROW in Cavan and Monaghan.
