Aaron's recipe for Crepe Style :
100g Plain Flour
300mls milk
2 eggs (8-10 crepes)
American Style pancakes:
225g plain flour
300mls milk
30g butter
2 large eggs (beaten)
2 and a half teaspoons baking powder
[ Use butter on the pan and top with whatever you like, he suggests white chocolate and raspberries, or if you fancy it bacon and maple syrup is his favourite]
