Earlier this year Patrick McGovern's life changed dramatically when he found out he was going to need a liver transplant.
However, the Kilinkere man was told that it would be 2 to 5 years before it was necessary. But, as the months passed he found he was gettin weakier and sicker and eventually was put on the priority list.
In July he got his transplant and now he spreading the message of organ donation and the importance of carrying an organ donor card.
