Derek Pepper is the Team Leader for Regional Services with Shine - Supporting People Affected by Mental Ill Health and is also Shine's Regional Development Officer for this region for the past 14 years.
On the 10th of February in conjunction with Cavan County Council he will be giving an online talk for students and parents about the importance of maintaining good mental health, managing stress and building resilience during these difficult times.
