A Cavan mother has launched a fundraiser to purchase a Wheelchair Accessible Van that suits the needs of her daughter.
10-year-old Amelie McCormick, from Cootehill, suffers from a rare medical condition called "Rett Syndrome" which affects around one in 12-thousand girls.
Her mother, Pamela, says the family's current vehicle isn't suited to Amelie's new wheelchair and they have struggled to finance a suitable alternative.
