We all know that extravagant cakes have become a real trend nowadays. You'll see unicorn, drip cakes, galaxy cakes, all over Instagram and at celebrations.
One local self-taught baker has in the midst of the pandemic and her college exams launched her own company. It is called Cake Symphony and her creations definitely stand out from the pack and are a little different to the usual cakes you see as she established her own style.
She is moving on to even bigger and better things with a food cart in the coming weeks, so lots happening for 20 year old Rebekah Greer from Castleblayney.
