A Castleblayney man is taking on one of Ireland's most difficult cycling challenges to raise awareness of the importance of Organ Donation.
Martin Malinowski, who moved from Poland almost 15 years ago, was Ireland's first combined heart and liver transplant recipient.

He spoke to our reporter Jack Cunnane about his journey so far.
