A young man from County Cavan is hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams, after he set up his own health care business as a teenager.
Cian Smith, from Ballinagh, first recognised serious issues in the Irish health care system while working in a local nursing home as part of his Transition Year work experience.
The now 20 year old says after seeing how overworked and underappreciated both carers and nurses were in the system, he felt compelled to set up his own business.
Cian runs his business still from home and hopes one day to become a healthcare staff supplier to the HSE.
The Ballinagh native has been talking to our reporter Ronan Gargan about celebrating one year in business and how things are going from strength to strength
He has been telling Ronan all about hid business Cian's homecare
