"Using Covid-19 to help us build resilience" is a seminar being hosted by Cavan Library Service.
It will be presented by Dr Claire Hayes, who is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director of Aware.
She is also passionate in the areas of coping, prevention and resilience.
