Three Co Monaghan men have completed a gruelling 48 hour running challenge in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, and the Castleblayney and Ballybay Cancer Societies.
Gearóid Coyle, Ryan McMahon, and Jason Monaghan undertook the so-called 'David Goggins Challenge' last weekend.
It sees participants run four miles, every four hours, for 48 hours, and over €2,000 has been raised so far.
The trio complete the challenge in Lough Muckno, and our reporter, Diarmuid Pepper, began by talking to Gearóid.
He described it as a "mental and physical test" and explained more about the challenge:
