The chairman of a Monaghan based diving club has criticised the lack of urgency from emergency services following a body recovery in Clare.
Rockcorry Divers received a call from a distressed Armagh family on Saturday. The Family were desperate to recover their 17 year old family member who had fallen from the Cliffs of Moher.
It's understood the boy's body had been lying at the bottom of the cliffs for upwards of 48 hours.
