Remote working arrangements are playing a factor in increasing house prices across the region.
The latest Real Estate Alliance report for Quarter 3 shows the average price of a three-bed semi detached in Monaghan is now €232,000; this is up 3.1% on Quarter 2.
While in Cavan, the average price of the same home is €187,500 up 1.4%.
