The North's Finance Minister, Sinn Féin MLA Conor Murphy, was in Co Monaghan today to visit a number of locations that have benefitted from cross-border funding.
He was accompanied on his visit by local Sinn Féin Matt Carthy and spoke to our reporter Diarmuid Pepper about the "termination" of the N2 Clontibret to the border project and the importance of projects like the Ulster Canal.
Mr Murphy also responded to the resignation of the North's First Minister, DUP MLA Paul Givan and what it means for the region.
Meanwhile, local TD Matt Carthy outlined what Sinn Féin would do to tackle cost of living issues.
