A New Zealand native with Cavan connections is on a hunt to track down his family tree.
Tony Lafotanoa ‘s Grandfather John Caffery was born in Ballyjamesduff in 1813.
Tony is looking to carry on his late uncle John’s journey to find family connections in Co Cavan. Tony himself has played rugby in Dublin and at International level but has never visited Cavan as of yet but hopes to visit next year and hopes to meet with family members if his search is successful
