On a street corner in Belturbet, an old pub that was once full of life, stands empty and unused.
The Duckin' Stool has been closed and the building has been vacant for a number of years.
That's set to change with works set to get underway to convert the former public house into social housing very soon.

Cllr Brendan Fay says this development along with other ones underway in the town will benefit a number of people who are currently on the social housing waiting list in Co Cavan.
