Young Monaghan boy, Daire Gorman, got to meet the Ireland rugby team this week. The 12-year-old Tonniscorthy schoolboy was invited to watch a training session with the national team at the High Performance Centre in Dublin on Tuesday when he watched a training session, ate lunch with the team and came back to Monaghan with a signed jersey.
Daire has Crommelin Syndrome which means he was born without arms from the elbow down. Ireland manager Andy Farrell told Daire that his "courage" and "positivity" and how he lives his life is "an example" to them all.
