Anne Marie McArdle will represent Co Monaghan at this year's upcoming Rose of Tralee Festival. The Carrickmacross native, crowned Monaghan's Rose back in May, is a newly qualified Primary Teacher working in Dublin. Additionally, Anne Marie has organised a tractor and vintage car run. This is in a bid to raise funds for her Rose of Tralee journey and Down Syndrome North East.
The event starts at Killanny Church car park on Sunday, July 14th. Our reporter Jodie Curran caught up with Anne Marie and began by asking her how life has changed since she was crowned as the Monaghan Rose:
