The Dun a Ri Masterplan has been unveiled over the weekend at Dun a Ri Forest Park.
The masterplan was commissioned by Cavan County Council on behalf of the Cavan local area group as part of Coillte.
Over 630,000 euros has been approved over the past few years from local Minister Heather Humphrey's department for the Kingscourt Forest Park.

The launch of the masterplan took place on Saturday and our reporter Ronan Gargan attended the event at the Kingscourt amenity.
Ronan spoke to Minister Heather Humphreys and local Councillor Clifford Kelly at the event and he sends this report.
