Today, the 18th of February, the 35th anniversary mass for Aidan McAnespie will take place in Clara Chapel. It's the first anniversary where members of Aidan's family will gather knowing they have finally gotten justice after he was shot in the back on his way to a Gaelic football match in Co Tyrone.
53-year-old David Holden was found guilty of Aidan's manslaughter and just last month was handed down a three-year suspended sentence.
Aidan's sister-in-law Brenda spoke to the Wider View this week. She began by highlighting the importance of getting "truth and justice" for Aidan.
