A screening of the Lyra McKee documentary will take place this Friday at the Garage Theatre in Monaghan.
The Northern Irish journalist was murdered by the new IRA back in April 2019.
Siobhan Sheerin is the Vice-Principal at Beech Hill College and is also Secretary of the Clones Film Festival Committee; a role which she has held for the last 20 years.
The Lyra McKee documentary which is directed by her close friend Alison Millar, seeks answers to her senseless killing through Lyra’s own work and words.
The award-winning documentary was also previously showcased at the Clones Film Festival in October.
