A Co Monaghan school is raising awareness to help the homeless. Over 70 TY students from Beech Hill College slept outside in a bid to raise much needed funds for national homeless charity Focus Ireland, through the annual 'Shine a Light' initiative.
Jodie Curran spoke with Siobhán Sheerin who is the Deputy Principal of Beech Hill College along with TY students Harry Duffy, Oisin Rankin, Eoghan Croakin. She began by asking them why it was important for them to get involved with the initiative:
