Cavan-Monaghan TD Pauline Tully is calling for 'urgent reform of the delivery of social housing'.

The Sinn Féin TD made the call as the latest Social Housing Pipeline Report from the Department of Housing shows 'once again that excessive red tape and bureaucracy is slowing down the delivery of much needed social housing in Cavan.

Ronan Gargan has been speaking to the local TD about these delays to social and private housing locally.
