Listen Back: Local musician pays tribute to 'rare character' of Conor Maguire

A well-known Cavan musician laid to rest earlier this week.

Conor Maguire of Denmore, Carrickaboy and formally of Behey, Stradone, Co.Cavan passed away on Monday in Cavan General Hospital.

His funeral took place on Tuesday in St Dympna's Church, Upper Lavey.

The local man was a familiar face on the streets of Cavan and Dublin City; busking next to the Molly Malone statue with his Bodhrán.
