Listen Back: Lengthy ambulance wait times locally raised in the Dail

A two hour and 20 minute wait time for an ambulance at a Monaghan Town football game has been highlighted in the Dail.

Deputy Carthy told the Taoiseach about a young boy waiting for an ambulance after he was left in agony on the pitch for this length of time.

The local TD highlighted that a similar incident occurred 12 months ago in Castleblayney when a child waited for over 3 hours for an ambulance at time also.

Deputy Matt Carthy said it wasn't good enough under any circumstances and he has been speaking with Ronan Gargan.
