The Stratford family from Co Cavan have been crowned Ireland's Fittest Family, after powering through the final stages on our tv screens .
The family battled it out on the hit RTE show to be crowned this years winners and take home the coveted title and €15,000.
Dad Patrick, his wife Yvonne, an occupational therapist and their sons Barry and Daniel, who are 21-year-old twins, combined to make team Stratford - coached by Donncha O'Callaghan.
