Listen Back: Four local students receive college scholarships from Gyproc Saint Gobain

Four students in Kingscourt and Carrickmacross were presented with a college scholarship from Gyproc Saint Gobain earlier today.

It’s the first year that the programme has offered scholarships to local students which aims to help, encourage and support students entering third-level education..

Grace Marron and Aaron Woods were named the recipients at Inver College, while Ryan Lockwood and Alex O Reilly received the scholarships at Colaiste Dun an Ri.

Ronan Gargan was at the presentation earlier and he spoke with the principal of Colaiste Dun an Ri and the HR manager at Gyproc.
