Crocus Cancer Support Centre is bringing the Vicky Phelan Portrait to St Joseph's Pastoral Centre in Monaghan this weekend. It's the first exhibition of the portrait in the north east and depicts Vicky's courage, resilience, determination and love.
The portrait will be exhibited on Saturday, the 25th of February with doors opening at 10am. Ann McKenna and Patricia Kenny spoke to the Wider View this week about this very special event. And, Ann began by explaining where the idea to exhibit the painting in Co Monaghan came from.
