A Monaghan councillor has called for a bike rental scheme planned for the Inniskeen area to get back on track after it had to be shelved for three years.
Carrickmacross Castleblayney Municipal District Councillor Noel Keelan raised the issue at the most recent meeting of the council.
The council received funding and bought 15 bikes to run a bike rental scheme, which would compliment the Kavanagh Centre offering in Inniskeen and encourage tourists to explore the surrounding area.
