Cavan teenager Joshua Hennessy is offering his advice to local students who are unsure about what to do when leaving school.
The 19-year-old is sending a message to young people that going to college full-time is not for everyone and that it is important to know that other options are out there.
Our reporter Jodie Curran spoke with the Virgina native, who is now approaching the end of year one of a two-year national accounting technician programme which will create 150 positions this year.
