Listen Back: Christine Wynne from SOSAD Cavan marking 'World Mental Health Day'

Today is World Mental Health Day. Coordinator at SOSAD Cavan, Christine Wynne says today is great to highlight mental health awareness but these days need to be spoken each and every day and much more that a world wide day like today.

She says for younger people the message needs to be delivered that sometimes things don't always work out and its about coping with whatever comes your way.
