Eimear teamed her spotted structured skirt suit from Rocio with accessories from the high street. Including a cream boater hat from a milliner based in Northern Ireland.
The fashionista took home the biggest prize fund on offer for the competition yet, worth in excess of €4000. Speaking about the win and outfit, Eimear (secondary school teacher) first saw the outfit online and thought it "quirky and fun".
