A Cavan native has received the Freedom of London for his services to the construction sector over the last 50 years.
Frank O'Hare who hails from Muadabawn was bestowed with the honour last Friday at a special ceremony in the Guild Hall in London.
Frank said he could never have imagined all those years ago when arriving in the UK in 1972 that he would one day be afforded the Freedom of London City.
