A Cavan man has spoken out about his dialysis journey in the hope of highlighting the importance around organ donation.
Kilnaleck man Colm Chambers receives dialysis three times a week at Cavan General Hospital due to his low kidney functions, something which he says effects not just him but his "entire family."
Despite this Colm says his end goal is to get a kidney and get back to his normal life, particularly with his young family. Our reporter Jodie Curran spoke with the Cavan man.
