Listen Back: Cathaoirleach Philip Brady on his re-election bid

Mullahoran’s Philip Brady is Cavan's first citizen. He has been the Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council for the past 12 months.

Cllr Brady followed in the footsteps of his father Danny Brady, and his late aunt, Veronica Sharkey. Cllr Brady was first elected to Cavan County Council in the Ballyjamesduff Municipal District Area in 2014, and re-elected in 2019.

The father of three is now on bid to be re-elected to Cavan County Council for the third time.
