A Carrickmacross man who changed careers from construction to caring work has brought national glory to Co Monaghan.
Gary Morgan was crowned "Overall Winner" at the Nursing Home Ireland Care Awards 2024.
Mr Morgan who is a Senior Household Coordinator at Castleross Nursing Home was praised for his "exceptional leadership, compassion, and commitment to resident care."
