Lucy Connor from Carrickmacross has been crowned the Netwatch Young Carer of the Year for Ulster. The 14-year-old student is described as her family's "little rock" as she helps care for her autistic brother, her mum and recently helping support her dad due to the sudden onset of long-term illness.
