The chairman of the 'Enough is Enough' campaign has highlighted the importance of "cross border relations" when it comes to getting road upgrades to the A5 and N2 over the finish line.
Niall McKenna believes there will be "cross border elements" when it comes to funding, adding that people living in the likes of North Monaghan are no different to those living in West Tyrone or East Donegal.
