This year, Ice Cream Treats based in Killeshandra are excited to be raising money in aid of the local school in Killeshandra, Scoil Bhride, which is working towards creating a sensory cabin for pupils with Autism.
The school is also in need of equipment to enhance their play area with sensory toys & games to strengthen children's motor and social skills.
The school have set a fundraising target of €20,000 to bring this project to life, and they are fully committed in helping them reach their goal. On the 20th of December they be cycling 20km on their ice cream bike - pedaling from Cavan Town all the way to the school spreading the Christmas spirit in their festive jumpers.
