LISTEN BACK: Bishop of Clogher says 'plan in place' to deal with declining priest numbers

After he sent a pastoral letter to every parish in the Diocese of Clogher highlighting the alarming situation arising from declining priest numbers here, Bishop Larry Duffy told the Wider View  this week that "there is a plan in place".

The letter followed a summit of clergy and lay people in Monaghan on June the 6th last.  Bishop Duffy began the interview by highlighting that there are been just seven priests ordained in the Diocese over the last 25 years.
