Aontú Cavan Coujtuy Counillor Sarah O'Reilly says she is alarmed by a piece of proposed legislation, which, if allowed to be passed in the Dáil would give the Minister for the Environment powers to ban certain types of fuel.
The general election candidate is calling the "Air Pollution Amendment Bill" as "radical" and anti-rural" and is higly critical of what her party is calling the "wide-ranging" powers it goves to any minister.
