Listen Back: Art exhibition launched in Cavan Town Hall on life along the border

An art exhibition curated by Rita Duffy and Joe Keenan at the Town Hall in Cavan will begin tomorrow and will run until Saturday, 16th September..

The official opening of Border Biennale will take place this evening at 7pm.

The exhibition features works by six contemporary artists and explores connections between geopolitical borders.

Rita, a Ballyconnell based artist who is originally from Belfast has produced the internationally acclaimed 'Soften the Border' installation.

Ronan Gargan has been speaking to Rita prior to the official launch of the exhibition and she has been telling all about the Cavan Town arts display that will be on offer.
