Anti-social behaviour in the village of Newbliss in County Monaghan will not be tolerated. The issue came to the fore at yesterday's meeting of the Ballybay-Clones MD, where members were vocal in their condemnation. It's understood a group of individuals have been causing chaos in the village as well as on local bus services, and are barred from a number of establishments as a result. According to Cathaoirleach of the Ballybay-Clones MD, Cllr Richard Truell, locals are at their wits end and want an end put to it.
