Listen Back: 20 school children in Cavan without school bus seat

A local mother has raised her concerns over school bus services in Cavan. Especially ahead of the start of the school year.

Last week, parents were informed that 20 concessionary seats have been lost.  These seats were on the bus from the areas of Ballinagh, Kilcogy, Ballyheelan to four schools in Cavan Town.

Pauline Clarke, who is from Kilnaleck, says that these 20 rural children who have lost a seat have been on this bus for years. Additionally, Pauline highlighted how she believes that local school children from the area "deserve better".

Ronan Gargan has  been speaking to the local mother on the issue.
